1. Booking Cancellation

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows (when the customer does not appear at the pickup location) are non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Any transaction or processing fees may be non-refundable.

3. Booking Modifications

  • You can request changes (date, time, location) up to 12 hours before your booking.
  • Changes are subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment.

4. Service Delays or Issues

  • In case of delays caused by us, we will make every effort to provide an alternative solution.
  • If we are unable to fulfill your booking, you will receive a full refund.

5. Customer Responsibility

  • Please ensure all booking details are correct at the time of reservation.
  • Delays caused by incorrect information or late arrival may result in additional charges or cancellation.
